Does Sunshine State Academy teach middle school?
Yes! Currently, we are planning to launch a middle school program in the near future, designed to serve grades 6–8 with a strong academic curriculum, enrichment opportunities, and social-emotional development to prepare students for high school.
What grade levels are included in middle school?
6th through 8th grade, preparing students academically and socially for high school.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with extended care from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Are meals provided for middle school students?
Yes! Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are provided, with dietary accommodations.
How does Sunshine State Academy communicate with parents?
Parents receive daily updates, academic progress reports, and announcements, with teachers and administrators available for ongoing communication.
What kind of teachers work in middle school?

Our middle school features modern, secure classrooms with integrated technology, outdoor activity areas, and a diverse, multilingual staff. Students can also take part in specialized programs such as VEX robotics, gifted enrichment, and other STEM and arts opportunities.
